Welcome to the Web site of Roselle Medinah Softball & Baseball Organization
 
For more than 40 years, the RMSBO has served the Roselle and Medinah communities. Today, more than 900 boys and girls on more than 80 teams play on more than 20 fields across our two towns. 
 
Each summer, the RMSBO fields "in-house," part time travel and full time travel teams at all levels and also runs a variety of tournaments on Roselle/Medinah fields attracting hundreds of teams from across the region. In the "off-season," the RMSBO runs winter workout facility serving boys and girls in the area and operates a girls high-school hitting league, among other efforts.
 
The not-for-profit RMSBO works closely with all area park districts, schools and organizations to serve the children and families in our community.

Age cutoffs are determined by the American Softball Association (ASA) for the girls and the Little League Organization for the boys. These age cutoffs are recognized and followed nationally.

To Become An Umpire

 
This is a paid position!! You must be at least 13 years old prior to May 1st. Mandatory training sessions are paid for by the RMSBO. Contact Steve Caboor at 630 918-7047 for information on the mandatory umpire training.           

 

RMSBO Monthly Meetings

 

Monthly meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at "The Lodge", located at Parkside Park on Pine Street. The meetings start at 8pm August through March and 8:30pm April, May, June and July. The meetings are open to the public. Comments and suggestions from the audience are welcomed. Be a part of the process that puts your child's program together!
